We have been matching surrogates and couples for many years! Our goal is to provide care, protection and guidance to our surrogate mothers throughout the experience. This includes having a counselor assigned to your case during and after your participation in the program, and providing monthly support group meetings where you will meet with other surrogates. You will have an experienced counselor available to you and your family.
We have couples waiting for surrogate mothers. Therefore, you will get to choose from a selection of various couples. We are here to guide you in what is the best match for you, however, it is you that makes the selection. In most cases, you will also meet the couple prior to determining if this is the couple you would like to work with. The surrogate mother has the opportunity of finding out in person about the couple’s history, their infertility problem, if they have any children, if they would like more than one child, their likes and dislikes, their personality, etc. All match meetings between our surrogate mothers and couples are hosted by an experienced counselor in our program.
Couples and surrogate mothers are in contact with one another throughout the pregnancy, and we encourage contact after birth with pictures, letters, etc. We pride ourselves on the ability to help our surrogate mothers choose the best couple for her. In fact, many of our “matches” become friends for life.

Requirements
As a surrogate mother, you will receive many benefits, but there are also some requirements you will need to meet before the process can begin. First, you must be between the ages of 21 and 40. Secondly, you must have had a successful pregnancy and delivery within the last five years. Of course, you must also be in good health, with no major medical conditions, and have a stable home life.
- Legal citizen or resident of the United States
- Between the ages of 21 – 40
- Delivered a child of their own at least once without complications
- Normal Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Not using any illegal drugs
- Not smoking cigarettes
- Supportive family or friend
- Good physical and mental health
- Agree to psychological, drug & criminal screening
The compensation you can expect to receive as a surrogate mother depends on a number of factors, including where you live, your access to health coverage and whether or not you have already have children of your own. In general, fees for surrogates range from $40,000 to $100,000.
Our agency offers a very personal, supportive approach to you, the surrogate mother. Many couples turn to surrogacy because they cannot conceive themselves. However, not every couple has come to terms with their infertility or can participate in a mutually respectful, caring surrogacy relationship. Our world-renowned reputation ensures that our program attracts a larger number of prospective couples than any other program. Therefore we do not have to accept every couple that applies to our program. It is mandatory that every couple that applies to be part of our program must meet us for a consultation. In this manner we ensure that our couples are carefully screened and well educated about their role in a surrogacy relationship.
